We have been providing you with workouts every week since lockdown, for a bit of motivation and a bit of fun. This week is the Big Bang because, well, it’s quite tough! This is just for fun but will work on your lactate threshold, your endurance AND your explosive power (or it will just make you want to have a wee lie down!).
As always, don’t attempt anything if it hurts, make sure you have the right clothing, footwear, ventilation and fuel / hydration to perform any workout safely. and if you don’t know any of the exercises, feel free to ask us (or Google!). Always warm up and cool down appropriately.
